I will help to facilitate and support you in a safe, non-judgemental, confidential and compassionate environment; whatever you decide to bring to counselling it will be at your pace.
I aim to build a working relationship with you, enabling you to feel comfortable to explore and understand your experiences, thoughts, emotions and how they can be connected to events in the past or the present. Through this exploration, we can work towards positive change. It may be that you're uncertain of what needs to change or where to begin and that’s okay too.
I offer one-to-one counselling (short term and long term) for individuals aged 18+
I can help clients who are experiencing difficulties with; relationship issues, anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement and other difficulties.
