I am passionate about making therapy more accessible to all so you can better work through the challenges that life throws at you. I believe that everyone deserves the chance to be content and fulfilled in life, unhampered by issues, past or present. We all need support and a helping hand at times to make this happen.

This is why I offer affordable counselling and psychotherapy to adults who are struggling with the challenges that life has thrown at them.
