Mates in Mind

Since 1986, I have worked in many care settings supporting people who have Learning Disabilities, the Elderly, people experiencing Mental Health issues and their families.
By working in these many diverse situations, it now enables me to support people within a safe, supportive and caring counselling setting, because I am passionate about helping and supporting a person through their troubled time. I offer counselling to both Adults and Adolescents because of my experience and knowledge.
I normally see people within my practice rooms, but some people find the thought of face to face counselling indoors and in a relatively confined space, a daunting or overwhelming prospect. If this resonates with you, I offer ‘Walk and Talk’ sessions.
