Since my teenage years, I have had a growing interest in psychology. I have always been fascinated by the workings of the mind and what's behind the way we react, behave and see ourselves and others. My awareness of the subject has served me well in both my personal and working life, on each and every day, over the decades.
Having spent a large proportion of my working life in the corporate business world, I made a conscious decision to follow my passion for psychology. In 2013 I embarked on three years of study, to achieve an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
My years of experience in both personal and professional life, allow me to fully appreciate the situations my clients find themselves in but, most importantly help them find ways to overcome what is troubling them and enable them to become the best they can be.
