I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor and hypnotherapist, supporting clients’ personal development, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, difficulties in relationships, work-related stress, feelings of loneliness or isolation, life-changing events, with more specialist training and experience in loss and bereavement counselling. I respect each client’s individual needs and work through a range of personal, emotional and behavioural concerns.
I am also a certified NLP practitioner and an Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner (tapping technique) in training.
