It may be perplexing to find yourself in the midst of difficulty, perhaps you are experiencing life as exhausting, unrewarding or unbearable. It may be that a particular life event or change has left you feeling vulnerable or confused. Or perhaps you are at a crossroads, stuck, or suffering prolonged sadness? My aim is to listen carefully to your current concerns, helping you gain clarity and understanding to restore your emotional health. I have experience of working with a diversity of people and circumstances, including those suffering anxiety, depression, work or relationship stress, and challenges following a bereavement. Self-referrals welcome. Face to face sessions in a self-contained and private therapy room, with appropriate Covid-19 safety measures in place. Telephone sessions available if preferred. Open Tuesday to Friday 10am to 5pm. Some evening availability on Tuesday and Thursday until 8pm. Please visit my website for more information.
