Thank you for taking the time to read through my profile. I hope you can get a sense of how I work from this brief overview but please contact me directly for further information and a chat about whether counselling with me is right for you.
I have been working as a counsellor for over 11 years. My experience incudes: volunteering with bereaved adults at a local hospice; working within the charitable sector providing counselling for children and young people offering bereavement support; counselling in schools as well as psychological support for children and young people living with children diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes.
I now work in private practice with adults as well as providing counselling support for young carers.
I work with a range of issues which can present in counselling sessions and feel that my work is enhanced by twenty years' experience working and volunteering across diverse settings in the social care field.
