Thank you for taking the time to read through my profile. I hope you can get a sense of how I work from this brief overview but please contact me directly for further information and a chat about whether counselling with me is right for you.
As a counsellor I have volunteered with bereaved adults at a local hospice. I currently work for a charity counselling children and young people over a range of services; offering bereavement, counselling in schools and children or young people who have a Type 1 diabetes diagnosis.
Due to my experience I can offer counselling support for children and teenagers over 12 years of age, also parents who may be struggling with many of the challenges that arise when raising children and teenagers.
I work with a range of issues which can present in counselling sessions and feel that my work is enhanced by twenty years working and volunteering across diverse settings in the social care field.
