I believe everyone needs to be heard whether to let go of, and explore something or to put things into perspective or to understand yourself better. Take the time to value YOU, only you can do that.

I am a professionally qualified counsellor/psychotherapist interested in many different issues. I use an integrative approach, and am interested in how our bodies react and respond to the unspoken stresses we carry. We are all individuals, and I believe one 'way' does not work for everyone. Therefore it's necessary to see what works for you, by working with you and creating a tailored approach that helps you reach your goals but keeps you in control of your therapy.

Ultimately it is the professional relationship we create that decides how effective counselling will be, and trust, and honesty is integral to this relationship. If this is something you are looking for please feel free to contact me. In the meantime, please take care.

If you have private medical insurance, please check with your provider if you are able to claim your therapy through them.
