I am a qualified Psychotherapist working in Eastbourne. I endeavour to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore difficult and painful issues. I believe passionately in the healing potential of the relationship between two human beings and feel very privileged that people trust me with the difficult issues that they are facing in their life. Whatever those difficulties are you will find me a sensitive and solid presence. I will work with you sensitively and simultaneously at a pace that feels right for you in the belief that with support you will find your own way forward. This faith in an individuals' potential for growth and change affords total respect to those with whom I work.
I work with Adults, Children and Adolescents with a range of issues including Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Self-esteem, Confidence, Relationships, OCD and Body Image amongst others. I have worked in a school providing therapy for children aged between 6 - 13 years. Again I feel it is a privilege to support children in their development and through any difficulties they may be experiencing in their young lives. I am an Accredited Registrant Member of The National Counselling Society and at all times follow the Society's code of ethics .
