I am an experienced counsellor working in Wantage, Oxfordshire both online and in person. I support adolescents and adults with a wide range of issues which could be anxiety, depression, relationship issues or stress.

Being listened to is the foundation of counselling with true empathy and real understanding to build a therapeutic relationship. My passion is to help others and through gained experience I have worked with individuals who have experienced trauma, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, difficulties with emotional regulation, behavioural issues and relationships.

I can help you by supporting you when you require it most to bring clarity and harmony into your life. By helping you to bring an understanding to your feelings and to help guide you through the journey in a calm, non-judgmental and confidential space.

Taking the first step can sometimes be difficult. I offer a FREE friendly, informal and confidential 15 minute telephone consultation. It’s an opportunity for you to ask any questions or discuss any concerns you may have. You will be able to outline the issues you wish to address. It doesn’t obligate you to continue if you feel you don’t want to.
