I’m Denise and I am an Integrative Counsellor & psychotherapist who uses a combination of techniques in a warm and caring way to make you feel at ease when talking through your concerns. I deliver therapy based on Person Centred Therapy to clients with its approach and values of integrity, empathy and unconditional positive regard and a holistic perspective towards mind, body and soul .

My approach works on how you feel in the present and to understand what you need to get your life back on track. I work collaboratively with my clients where you’ll be supported to enable you to feel seen, heard and valued. Therapy is flexible and tailored to each client to meet their needs and to reach their goals.

I am qualified to work with adults, teenagers, families and children over 11 years and I have worked as a volunteer in a secondary school as well as Cruse Bereavement. I have an Enhanced DBS Check certificate and I receive professional supervision. I ensure continuous professional development, work within the accordance, guidelines and code of ethics of NCS to keep my knowledge and understanding up to date and relevant.
