Hello! I am Integrated Counsellor based in Westham, just outside Pevensey. At the present time I offer you sessions online via Zoom or telephone. I have experience of working with adults and issues causing anxiety, depression or unhappiness in your life; including addiction, grief and bereavement, suicidal thoughts or behaviours, post natal depression, PTSD, relationships and relationship abuse.

Your reason for seeking counselling may be current issues or issues from the past which are still impacting on your life in a negative way.  For whatever reason you have decided to start counselling, I offer the space and time for you to become aware of your issues and help you to harness the tools to bring about change. I am non judgemental and open, and all sessions are confidential.

If you would like to speak to me, without obligation, please do not hesitate to give me a call. Personally, I decided to seek counselling when I was experiencing a difficult time in my life and I found speaking with someone helped me to explore my problems and gain awareness of what I needed to be able to heal and bring about positive change. As an Integrated Counsellor, this is what I offer you now, a space for you to gain insight into how you can heal in a healthy way that works for you.

I believe we all have the capacity to make a positive changes to our lives, given the right conditions and support.
