Key Workers CounsellingMates in Mind

I have a Degree in Therapeutic Counselling and a post graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I hold an enhanced DBS certificate and am fully insured. Apart from my private practice I am an approved therapist for Anxiety UK, the Lead LGBTQ+ Ambassador for Swindon Domestic Abuse Support Service and a member of the Swindon Equality Coalition Committee. All my clients are seen in a comfortable, confidential, safe and non-judgemental setting in which to explore their concerns and feelings. I believe that trust is the foundation to a good working relationship between me and my clients. If this is in place, it allows clients to explore their difficulties and bring about positive change in their wellbeing and lives.
