I'm an experienced and qualified therapist/counsellor; I have an advanced professional diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling; I continuously undertake Continued Professional Development (CPD) as my profession and belief is that this to be a fundamental to being a good therapist

I work for the NHS for the last 6 years in the capacity of supporting the wellbeing of our staff.

I am of mixed cultural heritage, and it helps me understand different perspectives within the world in which we live. My mixed cultural heritage me recognize and respect “ways of being” that are not necessarily our own.

I worked and supported the following charities for four years; I’M ALL Ears and Survivors of Bereavement through Suicide (SOBS) and most recently Cruse Bereavement Care during the pandemic.

I am committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in my clinical work, research, and my learnings.
