I am a fully qualified and accredited counsellor who provides a safe, caring and non-judgemental counselling service. I have a passion for people: for communicating understanding and working with them to find ways to better cope with difficulties in their lives and obtain emotional wellness.

I possess extensive experience of working within the public and private sectors across a broad range of different fields. I understand the pressures and difficulties of modern working. As a crisis counsellor, I also have first-hand knowledge of the importance of nurturing our mental health.

If you are looking for professional support, I can provide you with a space in which you can explore any issues that are causing you distress or anxiety. I will walk with you as you discover a way forward while developing resilience, greater self-awareness and emotional wellbeing.
