Key Worker Counselling

Life at times can be challenging and we can all feel the need for help and support, whether it be relationship problems, work, bereavement, anxiety, depression, these can all have a massive effect on the quality of our life and if ignored, in some cases, can result in various addictions as coping strategies. I can offer you that safe place to explore your feelings and reflect upon your life in a confidential, warm, genuine and non-judgemental setting.

I provide an integrated approach in counselling which incorporates Person Centred, CBT and Psychodynamic, which enables me to meet the needs of each individual and provide them with the necessary tools to enable better lifestyle choices and reach their desired goals. I have experience in working with a range of presenting issues such as stress. anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, suicide ideation and addiction.

I admire the strength and courage it takes to ask for help and seek counselling and I would feel honoured to be of assistance, in order that you can move forwards and experience clarity in your life. Thankyou for visiting my profile page.
