I can help you to make better sense of difficult experiences and show you techniques that'll help you to manage any recurrent anxious, negative or critical thoughts and unhelpful behaviours.

By working together we can explore realistic goals or hopes and work towards these during therapy. Talking about your problems can also help lessen feelings of hopelessness and isolation and that can be helpful during times of depression, anxiety, uncertainty and sudden change.

  Certificate in Approaches to Counselling Children and Young People.
  OCN London Level 5 Course in Counselling Children and Young People
  Certificate in Humanistic Theory.
  Registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
  Accredited member of the National Counselling Society.
