How often in life do you feel listened to? I mean really listened to, where the other person is genuinely interested in hearing what you have to say, with a view to helping you move on from whatever’s been holding you back in your life.
Life can throw some challenging, sometimes traumatic, things our way and it can help to speak to a 'trained listener' - someone who is both objective and focused on empowering you to make the life changes you want. Talking to someone who will listen carefully to you, without over-powering you with well-meaning advice or 'words of wisdom' about how you ‘should’ deal with your circumstances can be truly liberating.

Not only that, my range of training and experience (across counselling, hypnotherapy, coaching, Time-Line Therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming) has given me a breadth of tools and techniques with which to help you. So, as well as providing you with an opportunity to process anything that might be affecting you from your past, or that is happening right now, I can also empower you with relevant skills to help you improve your future.
