I am a qualified counsellor, and also work at Suffolk Mind. I can provide a confidential and accepting space for you to talk through your issues. My approach is Integrative which means I can use a variety of therapeutical approaches tailored to your needs. This includes Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis. I can help with anxiety, depression, stress, abuse, relationship problems, work issues, anger, family problems, low self-esteem, loss and more. Through my own life struggles I have become passionate about helping people with their personal challenges.
