I am an integrative counsellor working with adults and children from 12 years of age. I offer a supportive environment to talk about whatever issues you may have using a variety of approaches and whatever best suits your needs. I believe very much in the client counsellor relationship and the importance of building that trust to explore your thoughts and feelings.
I offer short or longer term therapy, depending on your needs and goals.
I hold a current enhanced DBS, I am fully insured and I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society. I undertake regular supervision to ensure I am working ethically at all times.
As well as my own private practice I volunteer for the Youth Counselling Service part of SABP in the NHS. I see clients aged between 12 and 24 years of age and follow all set guidelines and attend regular additional supervision. I have experience in dealing with CAMHS and other supportive agencies.
I am also an Anxiety UK approved therapist providing therapeutic support to the charity’s members and partner beneficiaries.
I hope by offering a congruent, warm, trustworthy space for you to talk, it will enable you to take those first steps to a brighter future.
