I offer a non-judgmental and confidential support; using an integrative counselling approach, which includes cognitive behavioural therapy, person-centred therapy, transactional analysis and Gestalt. Together sourcing the best tools for you to overcome your presenting problem, establishing the root cause of your symptoms and empowering you to overcome personal obstacles to improve your relationships, lifestyle and work environment.



A qualified counsellor with proven experience supporting clients with finding their root cause. I am committed to deliver client-centred support that gradually empower individuals and enables you to make informed decisions. I am happy to offer on line services, group settings or individual settings.
