I am a former entrepreneur, having built companies around the world. I started coaching in 2000 and have slowly built a practice and my skills to support my clients, many of whom are in business for themselves or hold a senior role in a business.
I am a qualified psychotherapist, leadership coach, team coach, supervisor, hypnotherapist and mindfulness teacher. I work in a client-centred way, using the skills I have developed in a blended way as agreed with my clients.
I work with clients globally, and in 2023, much of my work is online using Zoom.
I do run a local practice in North Yorkshire for face-0to-face sessions with local clients.
