My name is Mark Probert and I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I have been trained to use an integrative approach which means that I draw upon various styles of Psychotherapy and intervention. This approach allows me to adapt the therapy to the your needs in order to fit with their personality and help you feel comfortable with the process. I have a friendly, non-judgemental style that aims to help you feel safe and relaxed whilst we explore the sources of discomfort. Your welfare is my priority and I will respect your dignity and decisions, whilst also inviting you to consider thinking outside the box and implementing new, more positive ways of being.
