Because of being successful, having counselling may not have crossed your mind until now. You may think it is for people who have serious mental health conditions or who are in crisis. You may also think you do not have the time or others need the support more than you. I want you to know that I can help you. I can help you find the courage to explore your patterns and behaviours. Doing this and looking at how you really feel can be life changing,
Together we can make sense of your difficulties and past experiences as well current feelings. You will be supported to identify goals through recognising your strengths and identify the positive changes that you want to make.

I am insured and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. This means that I work in an ethical and transparent way and also have a clean Enhanced DBS.
