Do you wake up feeling anxious? Perhaps you feel sad but cannot put a finger on why. Perhaps you find yourself keeping busy going from one task to another task and not have much time to yourself? From the outside, it looks to others like you have it all together, but your life feels tiring and you find yourself second guessing what people around you need to please them or not cause friction?
Because of being successful, having counselling may not have crossed your mind until now. You may think it is for people who have serious mental health conditions or who are in crisis. You may also think you do not have the time or others need the support more than you. I want you to know that I can help you. I can help you find the courage to explore your patterns and behaviours. Doing this and looking at how you really feel can be life changing,
Together we can make sense of your difficulties and past experiences as well current feelings. You will be supported to identify goals through recognising your strengths and identify the positive changes that you want to make.
I am insured and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. This means that I work in an ethical and transparent way and also have a clean Enhanced DBS.
I work in a light and airy room in a peaceful central area of Plymouth with ample free parking. Please get in touch to take the next step in helping yourself to feel better.
