My journey has been far from easy. I come from a large and complex family background that has given me first hand experience of life's complications and I witnessed severe depression and mental health, high levels of anxiety, alcoholism and suicide, as I was growing up.I help people of all ages to see things more clearly.

  • Qualifications & Experience
    Sometime ago I realised that what I had witnessed was fairly common in today's society and I became committed to supporting others through difficult times, using both my first hand experience, professional methods, practices and qualifications
    I have Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and am a Member of National Counselling Society
    In addition, I have taken a range of courses:
    Understanding Abusive Relationships
    Mindfulness
    Neuro Linguistic Programming
    Working with Trauma & Disassociation
    Safe Guarding Young People & Vulnerable Adults

    I am fully insured and have a clear DBS certificate
