I am a qualified insured Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), specialising in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (a form of CBT). I look at what is causing you issues and will teach you a model that will result in long lasting emotional and behavioural change. Whilst I specialise in REBT, I am experienced in other CBT approaches so will find the most effective way of working with you.
