CYPT

I am a fully qualified counsellor with experience working with clients across the spectrum of ages, cultures, sexual orientation and religious backgrounds. My core training is person centred and offer an integrative approach across modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused and creative arts for those clients that find it helpful to explore troubling thoughts and feelings from a different perspective. I offer both telephone and on line therapy, working with survivors of abuse, trauma and helping clients with the 'tough challenges' that sometimes are overwhelming. I offer an initial consultation to assess if counselling is right for you at this moment in time and to ensure that we feel that there is the therapeutic connection that is necessary for our work together. There will be no charge for this initial consultation. From October 2023 I will be offering a limited number of face to face appointments in Kings Lynn. The initial consultation for this remains an online session.
