I am a qualified, integrative counsellor based in Bristol, offering individual therapy for adults over the age of 18. I have been working with people’s Mental Health since 2017.
To ensure I am practicing safely and to the best of my ability, I receive regular clinical supervision and attend a number of professional development courses. This is essential to both my practice and growth as a therapist. To ensure my work is compliant with the latest GDPR regulations, I am registered as a Data Controller with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). I also hold professional indemnity insurance and abide by the National Counselling Society Code of Ethics.
I am a married father of 3 children and enjoy an active and varied lifestyle. I am very interested in many sports, especially cycling and rugby. I regularly coach children's rugby, which certainly helps to keep me on my toes. I previously worked for over 20 years in the construction industry, including managing teams, which provided me with considerable life experience. Alongside this, I carried out voluntary counselling with a mental health charity 'Ripples'.
