I am a qualified Counselling Supervisor, Counsellor and Psychotherapist with 18 years' experience of working with individuals and young people. I offer my clients safe, confidential and non-judgemental space explore the issues which have brought them to counselling. I work with the challenges in life affecting us all to facilitate the best way forward for the client. I am passionate in supporting others to reach their potential, building trust in the counselling relationship encourages risks to be taken to explore issues that are affecting quality of life, counselling enables exploration of behaviours and builds self awareness to enable a better quality of life.
I am trained in a number of different approaches. This gives me a choice of ways of helping you, tailored to your individual needs. Among the issues I work with are anxiety, anger, bereavement, work related issues, stress, difficulties, relationship baby blues/ post natal depression, abuse, depression, domestic violence, self-esteem, loss and betrayal.
