I am an accredited CBT Therapist. I offer Face to Face sessions from my therapy room in Loughton, Online sessions via zoom, or a blended approach to suit your needs.

I trained as a Teacher, then in 2010 I gained an MA in Psychoanalytic Observational Studies and after that an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

I developed my therapeutic skills working with adults and young people in Education and Welfare settings for a London Borough. I currently provide CBT for adults and young people through my private practice based in Loughton.

My main approach is CBT/REBT. I blend in ideas from other therapies including Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, E.M.D.R., Schema Therapy, Compassionate Focused Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients.
