I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor, offering an integrative approach, individually tailored to my client. I work online, in person or on the telephone. I work with adults.

If you have a concern or worry, no matter how large or small, we can work together to help you come to a better understanding of the way your past could still be affecting your daily life in the present. Working through this will help you see things differently.

The counselling relationship encourages trust and openness. I cannot give you answers but, will enable you to create new solutions. Through the therapeutic process you will know more than you do now about yourself and your problem. This knowledge will equip you to bring about positive change and opportunities for new growth. Finding what is true for us, can lead to living a more authentic life.

My background as a yoga teacher helps me employ tools from this discipline such as mindfulness and mind/body awareness, to help reduce stress levels, manage anxiety, pain, and body issues. I also have experience working at Nottingham University Counselling Service with both staff and students.
