My life experiences and learning journey have influenced and shaped my passion for counselling. I feel privileged having the opportunity to walk alongside those who reach out and seek support.

Recognising and embracing individuality allows me to offer a cohesive blend of therapy. Indeed we are all different and each of our life stories are unique.

Working with the pluralistic approach offers essential flexibility across every session and crucially our work together will always be defined by you!

My role is not to 'fix' but to listen.....to listen to you.....to learn about you and to understand you...... in a safe space without prejudice or judgement.

I firmly believe the answers we may seek are held within us. The counselling journey provides a pathway which can ultimately lead to positive change and transformation.

I offer both short and long term counselling, in a safe, supportive, non judgemental and confidential space. We can work together either face to face, on line or via the telephone.
I hold full public liability insurance.

The Ben Raemers Foundation
I have undertaken additional training, enabling me to more fully understand the skateboarding community along with the varying challenges and difficulties that can be experienced.
The Ben Raemers Foundation aims to break down fears, to improve knowledge and to promote understanding around mental health stigmas and taboos.
I am very proud to be able to support this incredible foundation.

If you are ready to step into therapy or if you are curious about the process and you are interested in gaining further details please do not hesitate to get in touch. I offer a free 15 minute consultation either via phone or on line, providing an opportunity to decide if I am the therapist for you.
