I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, trained in Pluralistic Counselling. This means that I draw on a range of Psychotherapeutic tools and theories, such as CBT, Gestalt Therapy and Psychodynamic Theory. My core modality is Person Centred meaning that I believe that every individual has the potential to self-heal if given the opportunity to build a safe, supportive relationship. I have experience supporting children and adults with grief, anxiety, depression, legacy of abuse, Trauma, addiction.
