Hello and welcome, I'm Cath. I am an experienced, qualified counsellor who works predominantly online with individuals who are finding some aspects of life difficult to cope with.

There are times in our lives, whether we are a young person or an adult, when we find we are struggling and we need someone to talk to in confidence, without the fear of being judged. I provide a warm, confidential environment, where you have the opportunity to be listened to and to explore some of the difficulties you may be experiencing.

Prior to embarking on my counselling journey I worked as a qualified nurse, (specialising in gynaecology) and subsequently became a midwife, I also was employed within the education system offering support to children and young adults for numerous years. This, coupled with my personal experience of counselling, prompted me to train as a counsellor.

I specialise in working with Menopause and peri-menopause, which seem to be discussed everywhere at the moment.
But what is it, and how do you know whether what you are feeling is related to this or is it just life?

I have a wealth of experience working with women during this stage of life, helping them to learn about menopause and peri-menopause. To gain clarity and understanding, and take control of managing their symptoms.
If you feel you could benefit from talking with someone who understands, why not get in touch using the button below.

Menopause - your life doesn't have to stop when your periods do.

Although I predominantly work online, I do occasionally offer face to face sessions.

I respond to every enquiry; please ensure you check your spam/junk email folders.
