I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Liverpool and Online, with over 20 years experience working in mental health, 19 years experience as a psychotherapist, and supporting people through gruelling to difficult situations, aiding recovery and their healing process.
Due to a successful private practice, I am now only work for myself, and only take private clients. I do not take insurance, or work with EAP providers any longer. Commonly people seek me for psychotherapy for things like addictions, bereavement, PTSD, complex trauma, and unexplained physical symptoms. I offer more than normal counselling/talking therapy.
The therapy I provide can go very deep to heal, I offer therapy that goes to it, rather than only talking about it.
I integrate: IFS Lv3 (IFS Institute trained-highest level) Therapy, utilizing neurotherapies/psychotherapies such as AEDP, Brainspotting, EMDR, EMI, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I am also qualified in a number of other psychotherapies.
I have a professional therapy office in South Liverpool: Office 19, Mersey House, 140 Speke Rd, Garston, Liverpool, L19 2PH. My office is within reach from surrounding areas: Chester, Halewood, Formby, Huyton, Southport, St Helens, Warrington, Widnes, Wigan, Wirral. There is on-site free parking, and retail park nearby.
