My work is informed by psychodynamic and existential approaches. This means that there is a focus on internal conflicts and in gaining a better understanding of how you relate to the world. I believe that through a trusting relationship with the therapist you can have a safe space to reflect on and understand your conflicts and experiences to improve well-being. Together we can work towards increasing self-awareness and constructing meaningful relationships.
I am a qualified therapist having completed an extensive degree in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Psychology. I have also completed a course in Existential Therapy from the University of Oxford and am a member of the NCS (National Counselling Society). I have experience working with a wide range of adult clients in a variety of clinics, organisations and charities.
