Hello, I am an ex nurse, health visitor and school nurse who decided to move to hypnotherapy and counselling. I have many years of life experience and offer a confidential and non-judgemental service to clients. I can offer help with a wide range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, stress. I have many years experience of working with neuro-diversity. I work in a person-centred way, which means I work at your pace and with whatever you bring to the session. As a pluralistic counsellor I may use tools and resources from other types of therapy if you feel that they will be of benefit. I currently work online only, but hope to be able to work face to face in the near future.
