I have studied the mental health field for several years, in Italy focusing on a Degree in Developmental Psychology and Neuroscience, and in UK gaining an Advanced diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
My work focus on understanding your unconscious processes and behavioural patterns as much as the biology behind the mind and body connection. This helps me gain a deep understanding of stress, the difficulties we often face, and how we react to them, from an emotional and physical point of view. For this reason, I work around you to find the best approach and therapeutic style to support you in the challenges life gives us.

I greatly enjoy working with individuals through often complex issues, working together to help them recognize, identify and achieve their goals. That's why I work with you in mind, maintaining a safe environment where you will be able to explore yourself and make positive therapeutic changes, improve your overall well-being and therefore enhance your quality of life.
I draw from a multitude of techniques and scientific knowledge to help you understand how to move forward in your personal growth and development, even when this is affected by anxiety, depression and many other mental health issues. Psychodynamic, humanistic approaches and CBT are just some of the most commons therapy I practice. My skills and experience have matured through academic studies at university and practical work while counselling people affected with different issues like childhood and adulthood trauma, identity issues, PTSD, personality disorders, anxiety, panic attacks, depression and more.

Your privacy is crucial to me. For this reason, I guarantee to maintain confidentiality with you and always work towards an ideal outcome achieved by honest, emphatic open conversations about anything that could trouble you. The respect and understanding of your persona are a priority to me.

If you find interest in my profile and want to know more about the ways we can work together, get in touch with me.
