I am a child psychologist, experienced and passionate about working creatively with children from the age of seven. I use elements of play and art therapy and CBT, drawing from my experience as a Social Worker and a psycholost. I aim to provide a safe, therapeutic environment in which you and your child can be themselves and speak freely. Beginning to recognise and work through difficult emotions, often for the first time, results in increased emotional balance and confidence.
My person-centred approach is non-directive, child-led and gentle in order to establish a therapeutic and nurturing relationship. You and your child set the pace, enabling trust and a sense of control. With my guidance, offering unconditional empathy, he/she is given the space and time to feel comfortable to share difficult emotions and work through them. We also offer private ADHD assessments.
