I work with individuals and have a certificate in couple's counselling. I also have over 20 years' experience of working with children and young people. I can support you if you would like to make positive changes in your life or relationship, if you would like to let go of the issues which could be holding you back or if you would simply like to tell your story and make sense of what's going on for you.
I am predominantly a person-centred counsellor, but I may also use a more integrative approach if it’s appropriate. This could mean we explore how your early life and relationships have shaped you and your current behaviours, beliefs and sense of self. If you are comfortable, we can work creatively, using sand, art or pictures, but always at your pace.
I will offer you a safe and confidential space to explore and address any difficulties or issues you are facing. It’s a chance to make sense of what’s going on for you in a calm and supportive environment, without the fear of judgement or criticism.
