Life can bring unexpected challenges throughout periods our being, whether it be in the past or present. Situations and circumstances could have left you in a position of suffering, immense pain or relentless sadness. . This can lead to intense emotions which may be impacting you in the present or even your life choices.
Your environment or external factors may have or is, placing you in unsafe situations that may not be in your control, however the effect this is constant. These factors can leave imprints which can heavy and difficult to carry. This could be influencing your daily life be it in work, relationships or your own sense of self. You may even be feeling stuck and unable to see any prospects.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression trauma, overthinking or any other emotional challenge, change can occur by having a place that is safe for you to express your thoughts without feeling judged, embarrassed or ashamed.
I believe that healing starts with good connection and trust between client and therapist. My approach is warm, personable, and empathetic. Everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. I will make it my priority to ensure this takes place.
