I can offer short term or long term counselling in your prefered medium whether that be face to face, via webcam, telephone or email. I can see couples, individuals, parents, young people and children for counselling. I also offer clinical supervision to qualfied and trainee counsellors working with individuals, couples, parents, young people or children.

I use a variety of approaches to help you and/or your partner. For example, from a free flowing Person Centred approach to a more Solution Focused approach with practical ways of working. I use theoretical approaches such as Systemic theory to help with any relationships you're struggling with and explore different perspectives. Psychodynamic approaches to explore how your past and unconscious may be influencing you in the present and how you relate to other people. Person Centred approach to explore how you uniquely view the world and your struggles. Play Therapy and creative interventions to explore different perspectives and to explore emotions that may be too painful for words. A Gestalt approach to help with making sense of trauma and loss. A Transactional Analysis approach to explore communication and how you relate to others.
