Hi I am Maz and I am a psychotherapist/counsellor who is here to hear you. Sounds strange right, surely everyone listens? In actual fact listening is a really hard skill to master.
There may be many people around you who want to 'help' perhaps want to 'fix' but that's not what I am here to do. I am here to support you in what you want to work with as there are many different areas throughout life which cause struggles, pain &/or confusion, perhaps there's a crossroad or stumbling block that you've come across at this time in your life that you wish to visit.
Honestly counselling takes hard work and commitment on your part but I am here to support you in that.
