Well, something has brought you this far... The earlier you access help for your problem, the better. It's easy to put things off and prioritise other aspects of life, I know, but seeking help today is honestly the best thing you can do for you, and those around you. And if you're just not ready today, that's ok too, you now know what to do when you are ready.
I know life is busy, it can be hard, it can be confusing, it can be stressful and scary. I could go on... My main aim with my clients is to create a space where we can concentrate on you and your problems, without judgement, without pressure, without trying to fix, compare or upstage your experience.
I offer short-term and long-term opportunities so you can take the time you need, without feeling rushed by a limited number of sessions.
I use an 'integrative' approach to counselling which mainly derives from Person-Centred and Transactional Analysis theories. This means that I can adapt the way I work depending on your problem, personality and learning style.
I offer face-to-face, online (MS Teams) and phone sessions.
I currently have availability for weekends or evenings.
