I work with people aged 14 and above online (Nationally) or face-to-face in Maidstone, Kent. I work long term, short term or single session therapy (single session is 90 minutes)

My clients may need support with substance use and abuse, trauma (alcohol, drugs, sex, gaming), self-esteem, anxiety, relationships, depression, and parenting. I'm happy to discuss any issues you may have and if I cannot help I will gladly refer to someone who can.

I offer IEMT and EFT as therapies within sessions, working with past trauma and issues.
