I am an Integrative Counsellor using techniques from the Person Centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis approaches within a recognised framework. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist and recently facilitated Wellbeing Days for Cancer patients.
Previous experience & training with my local Hospice, I volunteered supporting family members through their bereavement process and patients towards their end-of-life.
I work with individuals from all walks of life and fell I am a caring, nurturing Counsellor helping others find their inner self and be their own autonomous person. Most recently I have become qualified to work with adults in Adoption support.
I like to work creatively in many sessions using different exercises, mediums and tools to aid the counselling process.
