I will provide a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space for you to talk about your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, and process any difficulties you are living with – or have lived through. Our time together is an opportunity to explore personal and relational issues in a safe environment, in which you will be heard. You can choose to use our time together to process, explore, heal, and learn more about yourself. I work in a non-directive way, so rather than telling you what to do, I will help you to explore the options available, so that you can be empowered to make your own decisions.
I am an integrative counsellor working across modalities (including Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Transactional Analysis). I work holistically, considering the person as a whole; for example, sometimes a physical pain or ailment can be our body’s way of communicating psychological or emotional distress – we will explore beyond the initial presenting issue or symptom, to gain an understanding of your complete experience.
I am an LGBTQIA+ ally.
I engage in regular CPD events.
