I count myself as fortunate to have worked as a therapist since 2003 and to have met all the people I have. I’ve always been fascinated by connections between our thoughts, feelings, body sensations, faith, ‘nature’ and the rest of life. This fascination shapes my work as an accredited counsellor, a relational body psychotherapist, Wild therapist, facilitator and supervisor, co-creating the work in the room – or sometimes the work outdoors. Another love is word weaving, and I’ve written/co-edited four books, the most recent ‘#MeToo: counsellors and psychotherapists speak about sexual violence and abuse’ published by PCCS Books in May 2020. I've been practising Buddhism since 1995 - the longer I practice, the richer the universe is and the more I consider myself a beginner! :-) Thanks for reading.
