My name is Catherine and I am the founder of Sensera Counselling.

I specialise in work with Millennials as I believe that Millennials face unique challenges.
I believe these challenges can be linked to the high cost of living. Another challenge comes from the stresses of work in a competitive environment. Millennials also experience the demands of modern day living at its fast pace. This can raise issues of self esteem, stress, anxiety and depression. I have worked extensively with this group and consider it to be my area of expertise.

I qualified as a Counsellor in 2005. I have worked as a Counselling Project Leader for Relate and The Family and Relationship Centre. I have also worked as an Adult Education Tutor of Counselling. I now work for Open Door and in my private practice, Sensera Counselling.

I have experience working with people with diverse needs and I have a proven track record of effective results and positive outcomes. I consider myself to be a compassionate, understanding and friendly counsellor. I attend regular supervision and I am committed to my ongoing training and personal development.

Counselling has helped me in the past. I believe counselling is for everyone. I am interested in self development and improvement and personally embrace the techniques I endorse.
