I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychosexual Therapist based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.

I describe myself as an Integrative Counsellor, which means I work with a variety of psychological models, theories and tools that best meet identified needs. This is always agreed through discussion.
As a counsellor I have worked at length with individuals with anxiety issues, low mood, depression and sexual abuse. I have worked extensively with children and young people in challenging environments, finding ways to overcome difficulties with family life, removing barriers to education and goal setting.

As a coach I have worked with clinical leads in the NHS, providing support to facilitate change. I have worked with various professionals on a range of topics including newly appointed managers and managing performance in teams, as well as individuals seeking change or struggling to make decisions in their personal lives.
