You have taken the first step towards seeking support. It may be difficult to know if you are doing the right thing or even what counselling involves, but the small steps taken are steps towards a future that you can start to imagine. I am here to listen and offer a supportive, confidential, non-judgemental, safe space to help you achieve your dreams to a more fulfilling life.

I am a Person Centred Counsellor, also trained in integrative techniques and will tailor the sessions to suit your needs. I will work with you providing support as we explore and work through your issues, helping you to reconnect with your inner values and growing your sense of self-worth and resilience.

I also have over 20 years’ experience in management. I have a wealth of experience in supporting people with work related issues and a passionate advocate for health and wellbeing in the workplace.

I offer online, telephone and face to face counselling sessions. My availability is Mondays to Fridays daytime. I also offer home visits within a 2 mile radius.

My practice is based in a quiet area of Oadby - free parking is available.

I offer a free 30-minute phone call, where we will discuss your circumstances and how we can work together. You will have the opportunity to ask questions before deciding whether to work with me.

I am a member of the NCS and am on a register that has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
